Technical Requirements

To use the JustClock service and official IDE plugin, your environment must meet the following minimum requirements.

  • Visual Studio 2022+ (Community, Professional & Enterprise) — version 17.14 or newer, including all releases through 2026

⚠️ The Visual Studio extension additionally requires .NET Framework 4.7.2 or newer.

⚠️ Note: New IDE releases may require updating the plugin. Always check for the latest plugin version on our website.

Operating Systems
  • Windows 10 or newer
  • macOS 12 or newer
  • Linux (distributions supporting JetBrains IDEs, e.g., Ubuntu 22.04 LTS)
Internet Connection

A stable internet connection is required for the plugin to communicate with the service. Recommended bandwidth: at least 2 Mbps.

Hardware Requirements (Recommended)
  • Processor: 4 cores / 2.5 GHz or faster
  • RAM: minimum 8 GB
  • Free disk space: minimum 500 MB

⚠️ Actual requirements may vary depending on the size of projects and other active IDE plugins.

Plugin and API
  • Official JustClock plugin installed in a compatible IDE version
  • API usage: maximum 5 requests per minute (exceeding this limit may temporarily restrict access)
Updates

Radeal regularly releases plugin updates, including security and compatibility fixes. To ensure proper functionality, we recommend using the latest plugin version.
